The A&CE Story

Analytical & Computational Engineering was founded in 2010 in Houston, Texas, with a clear mission: eliminate the repetitive manual work that consumes offshore engineering teams.

Over 15+ years of deepwater engineering—spanning the Gulf of Mexico, North Sea, and global projects—a pattern became clear. The same OrcaFlex sensitivity studies, the same fatigue calculations, the same standards lookups were being repeated project after project, consuming hundreds of engineer-hours that could be spent on actual engineering judgment.

A&CE was built to solve this. Every recurring offshore engineering workflow was codified into production-grade Python modules—tested, validated against industry standards, and designed to run at scale. Today, 704+ modules cover fatigue analysis, riser design, mooring systems, hydrodynamics, and more.
